There’s a reason a healthy meal gives you energy and helps you focus: you’re giving your brain the fuel it needs to thrive. For example foods high in omega 3 fatty acids such as salmon can provide your body with brain healthy DHA.

A balanced, inclusive diet is essential for ensuring that you feel your best, your body is maintained, and you’re protected from diseases and health issues. Remember, a healthy diet, although conducive to weight loss, has nothing to do with your waistline, yet it has everything to do with how you feel every day.
